To curate your dashboard, either click the Pencil icon in the top-left just below the Profit & Loss tab or click the Chart button in the top-right just below the Run Report button which will bring up this chart below. Select which categories are most relevant to your current situation and hit the Save Changes button to see how it changes your dashboard.
If the Pencil is selected, you can produce checkmarks next to categories that you would like to be added to the Dashboard. After you have produced all of the checkmarks that you would like, select the Save button at the top to save the selections to the Dashboard.
Once you have chosen what categories you would like to highlight, they will show up in easy-to-read charts and graphs in the Dashboard tab that you can use when you meet with your clients. These charts and graphs can show comparisons between multiple years as well against their peers.
Another helpful feature within the Dashboard is that you can click-and-drag the different charts to put them wherever might be visually best to cater to that client's needs or most notable categories. Also, these charts and graphs can be exported by selecting the hamburger menu at the top-right of the desired chart or graph.
If you are happy with this Dashboard, you can save your customized View which can be used across your different clients and shared with others.
