Pass It On: HBR article on how AI is changing leadership

For better or worse, big data and artificial intelligence have come into our lives and changed everything. Artificial intelligence changes the way we order food, the way we get home after a night out, even the way we approach getting into shape.

This article from Harvard Business Review, however, proposes that AI is changing the way that decisions are made and the lens that leadership will be viewed through. The authors state that leadership will now have different expectations as AI supplements areas of decision-making processes and puts new emphasis on other essential qualities of a good (or "effective", as Wade, Jordan, and Chamorrow-Premuzic put it) leader.

What do you think? Have you seen the process of changing leadership suggested in this article already beginning within organizations? Do you think it will continue in the way that the authors suggest?
